EPL: Ronaldo’s Unceremonious Exit from Man Utd, a Shame – Bailly

Former Manchester United defender, Eric Bailly, has expressed disappointment in the manner Cristiano Ronaldo’s tenure at Old Trafford concluded.

Bailly, describing Ronaldo’s exit as a ‘shame,’ emphasized the belief that the Portugal captain, being the world’s best player, could have made significant contributions to the team.

In an interview with The Athletic, Bailly stated that Ronaldo deserved to feel valued and essential at Manchester United.

The termination of Ronaldo’s contract by Man United came in the wake of his critical remarks directed at manager Erik ten Hag, some of his teammates, and the club itself during an interview with Piers Morgan over a year ago.
