Nigeria @66: Tinubu Urges Unity, Faith as Nation Reaches Turning Point Toward Prosperity

IN AN EMOTIONAL Independence Day broadcast, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu declared that Nigeria has officially crossed its own “Red Sea” and urged the country to march forward into a new age of hope.

Reflecting on 66 years of independence, the President paid glowing tribute to everyday heroes farmers, market women, teachers, and armed forces who kept the country afloat through decades of turmoil, military rule, and economic hardship.

Comparing the nation’s recent struggles to a painful medical procedure, Tinubu promised that the sacrifices made by ordinary citizens over recent years will finally pay off.

“We have passed through our own Red Sea. This is not the time to look back,” an impassioned Tinubu declared. “Our destination is in sight. Our foundations are strong.”

The President’s rally cry focused on:

* Unshakable Resilience: Honouring the “indomitable spirit” of everyday Nigerians who refused to surrender ambition to hard circumstances.

* Shared Wealth: Moving from raw economic stats to a personal prosperity where every child can dream beyond their background.

* Moving Forward: Reaffirming that the foundational repairs are done, setting the stage for an abundance of opportunities across all regions.

Ending on a high note, Tinubu called on all citizens to put past disappointments behind them and step united into the “Promised Land” of shared Nigerian prosperity.
