The Executive Director, Corporate Services, Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Hon. Ifedayo Abegunde, popularly known as ABENA, has hailed Vice President Kashim Shettima for his outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s national development and unity as he clocks 60.
Abegunde, in a congratulatory message on Thursday, described Shettima as a seasoned statesman and dedicated public servant who had made significant contributions to the growth and development of the country over the years.
The NDDC executive director also commended the Vice President for supporting the implementation of the Renewed Hope Agenda of the President Bola Tinubu-led administration.
According to Abegunde, Shettima’s decades of service, leadership and sacrifice have continued to contribute to the quest for a stronger, more prosperous and united Nigeria.
“On the occasion of your 60th birthday, Your Excellency, the Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, GCON, I celebrate your decades of service, leadership and sacrifice to Nigeria,” Abegunde said.
The Asiwaju of Akure Kingdom prayed for continued sound health, wisdom, strength and greater accomplishments for the Vice President.
“May Almighty God continue to grant Your Excellency the wisdom, strength and grace to serve our great nation and contribute to building a stronger, more prosperous and united Nigeria,” he said.
Abegunde congratulated Shettima on attaining the milestone, describing his 60th birthday as an opportunity to celebrate a life of service and leadership.
