The Minister of State for the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Dr Ramatu Tijjani Aliyu has joined other well meaning Nigerians to felicitate with the Commandant General of Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) Abdullahi Gana on his birthday.
Aliyu hinted that NSCDC has witnessed alot of growth and progress especially at a time when the nation needs it most.
