President Bola Tinubu Mourns the Passing of Dr. Cairo Ojougboh

President Bola Tinubu expressed his heartfelt condolences to the family of Dr. Cairo Ojougboh, the former Executive Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), who passed away on Wednesday.
