The series, set to premiere on January 25, 2025, will air every Saturday from 8:05 pm to 8:30 pm on the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
Featuring an impressive cast that includes Sydney Diala, Lara Owoeye-Wise, Iveren Antiev, and Alex Jibrin, Hidden Riches dives deep into the intertwined lives of miners, politicians, activists, and everyday Nigerians. Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr. Dele Alake, highlighted the series as a tool to shift perceptions about the mining sector and promote its role in diversifying Nigeria’s economy.
“Hidden Riches aligns with our vision to diversify Nigeria’s economy in line with President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda,” Dr. Alake said. “Through its powerful narrative, it raises awareness about the opportunities that exist in the solid minerals sector and encourages citizens to participate in building a sustainable future.”
