The Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Engr. Sule A. Abdulaziz, has urged staff to uphold professionalism, teamwork and diligence to sustain the company’s growth and operational performance.
Abdulaziz made the call during an official working visit to the Benin Region on Friday, May 15, 2026, where he engaged staff on key operational priorities and organisational goals.
He emphasised the importance of maintaining high professional standards and fostering a culture of hard work to support the company’s mandate of efficient power transmission across the country.
The TCN boss also addressed issues relating to staff welfare, noting that employee well-being remains critical to productivity and service delivery.
In addition, he highlighted ongoing efforts to safeguard the company’s installations, urging staff to remain vigilant and adopt proactive measures to protect critical infrastructure from vandalism and other threats.
Abdulaziz further encouraged workers to align their attitudes and responsibilities with the organisation’s strategic objectives, stressing that collective effort is essential for achieving sustainable growth.
